1988 to 2008, Began mentoring "at risk" children from Dayton's inner city.   Created an outreach program for inner city teens.

1990 to 1998, Ordained Church Elder for Christ Cathedral Church in Dayton Ohio.

1990 to 2008, Mentor and motivational and keynote speaker every week for the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.

1998 to 2006, Ordained Minister and Staff Pastor for Christ Cathedral Church in Dayton Ohio.

2003 to 2004, Chaplain for Belmont High School in Dayton Ohio.

2004 to Present, Inner City Community Outreach

2005 to Present, Created ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE, a weekly christian commentary local television program in Dayton Ohio
