20th Annual Recognition Ceremony
On Thursday, August 5th, 2004, the City of Dayton hosted its annual Volunteer Recognition Ceremony at the Dayton Convention Center.  The Community Service Award presented to Martin Jarvis by Dayton City Mayor Rhine McLin.
